Tool data stays in your browser

The Scope Estimator, Stream Planner and SEO Checklist run entirely in your browser. Your selections and progress are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive them. You can clear them at any time with the reset buttons or your browser settings.

Contact form and early-access sign-up

If you send a message or join early access, we receive your email address and your message (for a sign-up, only the email). They are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 storage, used only to reply to you, and deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@zabistech.com.

AI features

When you use the AI Desk, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to produce an answer. This site does not store that text. Please do not enter personal or confidential data.

When the Brief Writer produces a brief, it is kept in your browser's session storage on your device so that you can carry it over to the contact form. We do not receive it unless you choose to send it, and it is cleared when you close the tab or clear your browser data.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no third-party requests from your browser. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical request data such as IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Your choices

You may ask us to access or delete a message you sent by writing to support@zabistech.com.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above.
